This is a major chord with the add of a major 7th and a lowered 5th. This chord is in fact somewhat ordinary in Jazz and fusion music. It's another "Lydian" chord, so we can use that mode to jam over it, as well as the 3rd mode of the melodic Min scale, further called the Lydian augmented scale. The structure would be: Root, major 3rd, a lowered 5 and a major 7.
